District #4 American Legion held their executive meeting Feb. 4 at the the Springville home of Keith and Marva Davis. District Commander Roger Archibald from Spanish Fork conducted the meeting. Items discussed were the Memorial Day programs, District Convention, State Convention, Legion Payson Veterans Home Gift Shop, Department Birthday Party, and how the Legion can better serve veterans.
